RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns
Once you start using your Porter Pocket, you will find that you REALLY don't want to be without it whenever you walk with your dog. You may even develop beads of perspiration when you discover you left home without your Porter Pocket.

We stand by our bags and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event you wish to return your bag to us, you may do so within 30 days of your purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The exception to the "original condition" is if you only removed the black rubber strap band that may used to bind your strap. If you take this off to try on the bag for size and feel and find out you are the first one on the face of the planet who doesn't want to keep it, then we would want you to keep the black rubber band as our gift for your troubles because it is a cool little band that is a great reusable item which is why we use it instead of something that would be tossed in the garbage. Yours may, or may not, come with a little black rubber band...consider it a surprise. The 30 day return policy applies to purchases made directly from www.porterpockets.com only.

Shipping for returns:
To return your product, mail it to: PO Box 11970 Olympia Washington US 98508-1970

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you received it damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days. We will be sad that you didn't like the product, but would still like to remain your friend.

All parts of the bag must be returned to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again; possibly contact your credit card company because sometimes it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, and or contact your bank. because sometimes their processing time is delayed as well. If you've done all of these things then you should have a piece of candy or something, because that was a lot of work. That said, if these roads left to nowhere land, then please contact us at wildeyeventures@gmail.com and we'll eat a piece of candy and start looking into it ourselves.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. But - aren't sales fun!

Exchanges

We replace items if you receive them defective or damaged - absolutely! If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at joywk@porterpockets.com and send your item to:

We will take care of the shipping, with our apologies for inconveniencing you. All parts of the bag must be returned to qualify for a replacement or refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Exchanges apply to purchases made directly from www.porterpockets.com only.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
